Ex-BoJ’s Hayakawa: Japan could enter recession as early as fall 2019, USD/JPY to hit 80s

Speaking in an interview with Bloomberg, Hideo Hayakawa, a former Bank of Japan (BoJ) Chief Economist, expressed his view on the USD/JPY pair going forward.
